The hotel is in a lovely location surrounded by tropical paths, offering a charming atmosphere. While my room was well-appointed with a balcony, I did encounter some issues with the booking process and maid service. The staff were outstanding and always willing to help, making me feel very welcomed. However, being a bit far from town might not be ideal for everyone. Overall, it's a comfortable stay with great amenities, and I felt it offered good value for money despite a few hiccups.

I stayed in a beautiful penthouse suite with breathtaking views right in the heart of Key West. The rooms were spacious and had a nice patio, but I did notice some mold in areas, which was a downside. Service was friendly and welcoming, making my stay pleasant. The location was convenient, though it's situated in a commercial zone that wasn't very appealing. Dining options were a bit pricey but the breakfast offerings were fresh and delightful.
